Woodland Amusement Resort (Established 1998)
Opened in the summer of 1998, Woodland Amusement Resort represents the next evolution in family entertainment! A nature-centered destination designed to offer both relaxation and adventure. Hidden deep within the Greenwood region's tall pines and soft mist, Woodland brings guests face-to-face with the wonders of the forest in ways they'll never forget.
Guests are invited to stay in fully furnished log cabins, stroll through Whispering Grove, or enjoy gentle rides like Pinecone Plunge and Hollow Trail Express. Performances take place nightly at the Hollow Stage, hosted by our gentle mascot, Moppit - a quiet and comforting presence known for his nightly Forest Talk
stories.
While the resort is a peaceful alternative to the bright energy of Wonderland, guests have described it as deeply moving,
transformative,
and hard to describe.
Note: All visitors are reminded to stay within marked areas and to respect nightly quiet hours after sundown. Flash photography is discouraged in the woods past dusk.
Note 2: Extended stays exceeding 7 nights require special approval. Please check with a Guest Coordinator upon arrival.
